I’m having trouble getting the page-level sidebars to save on my pages. It only uses the default sidebar in the theme settings. Is there a setting I am overlooking or possibly a known plugin conflict I should look for?

    Hi ricscohan!

Your setting the sidebar on your page and it is not displaying correctly? Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.3.2, and deactivate all plugins while testing. If your still having trouble then send us a link to the page and a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Best regards,

    Hi Elliott –
OK – I verified that we are running the latest version 3.3.2 and I deactivated all of the plugins. (I did have to reactivate them though since one of them hides the site during development). For some reason it just won’t let us set the sidebar on an individual page.

    Hey!

which plugin does not allow you to set your sidebar? try to contact plugin’s author about it or just find a different one which works better for you.

    Cheers!

Hi Andy – No there isn’t a plugin that isn’t letting me set the sidebar. It’s just not setting. The default setting from the theme settings overrides it every time. I deactivated all of the plugins and it still doesn’t let us set the sidebar on the page level.

    Hi!

I see what you mean. It seems to work fine on new pages though. What happens if you delete the page and recreate it? Does the sidebar settings save correctly then?

    Best regards,
    Elliott
