    Hi,
I made a website with 5 pages and each page contains a video (example: http://openmindsawards.be/ik-heb-toegang-tot-passende-zorg-wanneer-nodig/)
But when you open the page, it goes directly to the video instead of the top of the page.
    How can I solve this?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I loaded the web site it seems that is on top and not on video.
Are you sure for the issue that you describe?

    Best regards,

I noticed that the problem is only in Safari and not in Chrome or Firefox.
But the video starts when opening the page in every browser. I put the code from the video in the private content.
So is it possible that it doesn’t jumps to the video in Safari and that the video doesn’t starts immediately in every browser?
    Difficult question maybe :)

    Hi,

Thank you for the update. Have you tried the the theme’s video element? It will not automatically play the video on page load. I’m not really sure why it jumps directly to the video on Safari though. Maybe, it won’t happen when you replace it with the theme’s video element.

    Best regards,

    Hi Ismael,

If a use the video element of Enfold I get a blanc video shot.
See link in private content. !! I’ve uploaded a second video, it’s at the bottom of the website, beneath the blue content section !!
The first video you’ll see is placed with a code-block.

I used the permalink instead. In Safari and Google Chrome it’s ok (but it still plays automatically) but in Firefox you see only a link.

    Hi Dotplusgeert,

The video works fine in Chrome, FF and Safari on my end. Can you attach a screenshot of what it looks like on my end?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria,

It’s the wrong video, you have to scroll down to the end of that page. In Firefox you can only see a link of the video.
In Chrome and Safari you can see the video BUT it plays automatically and I don’t want it to play directly, people have to click on PLAY first.

I hope I make myself clear enough :)

    Hi,
When I look at your site, in Chrome, you have a few blocked items due to mixed content, please see info in the Private Content area.
Please try a plugin such as Really Simple SSL to fix these errors.

    Best regards,
    Mike
