Page is jumping section on page

I’m having an issue on 2 of my sites – they are jumping to a part of the page for seemingly no reason.

1 – https://unlimitedbs.ca/ takes a second, then jumps to my form on the home page.

2. https://joiefarm.com/ is the other one, but it only happens for logged in club members so I’m hoping the fix for the above, I can use for it.
