Hello,
I have a problem with the shop page, I hope you can help me with some useful information.
I use Google tag manager to track users’ movements and I noticed an anomaly on the shop page.
I would like to understand which products are most viewed by users but, when the single product is viewed from this page, all the IDs present on the entire page are tracked and not that of the specific product.
This same thing does not happen when instead I view, for example, related products on the single product page.
Is there any way to fix it? For me it is very important, it had never happened to me before.

Thanks so much
Cristina
Hi Cristina,
Thanks for the screenshot. I’m not sure it explains much though, is there a problem with the theme? If not, then maybe it would be better to reach out to Google for help on this?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
this problem happens to me only with your theme, so I contact you.
Is it possible that there is some wrong setting or some code level bug to fix?
What can I provide you to help you understand better?
Thanks
Cristina
Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure I understand the problem, could you try to explain a bit further what your screenshot is presenting for example? If that array is showing the product IDs, then it seems to be correct. The shop page is displaying 15 products, and the array has 15 IDs.
Best regards,
Rikard
