Hey guys, my client has been having a frustrating time trying to figure this page out.
It’s blowing up. And while the structure appears to be looking right within the template builder. It’s blowing up on the front end.
Can you take a look and explain what’s going on? Both the theme and WP are up to date.March 18, 2016 at 7:24 pm #600507Hi Justin!

4th row down – the staff photos. The names suddenly don’t show up. You can highlight them in the browser….but the color is now white.
Everything below that row is a disaster. That one is plain to see. A big red block, no photo gallery. You can compare it by looking at the template builder.March 21, 2016 at 10:40 pm #601551Ummm…Yello!!! Anyone out there? :)
March 25, 2016 at 8:46 am #603591Hi!
We are very sorry for the delay. This issue usually happens when you forgot to close html tags. Please make sure that all html tags are closed properly and if possible, move all elements inside a color section. We are currently working on the ticket. Please wait for our response.

While we are working on the page, I would like to inform your that the images aren’t fully optimized and it takes a while before the whole page load. One staff image is 1.2 MB (http://rmhcmilwaukee.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Carrie-Jo-NEW-1.png) !! This is a nightmare for user experience when there are tons of images like this in one page. Please optimize the images: http://kriesi.at/archives/4-key-wordpress-image-optimization-tips

IsmaelMarch 28, 2016 at 6:42 pm #603989Not just a nightmare for user experience…it impacts SEO as well bug time…
I don’t manage these graphics and so forth…the client does. I do provide consultation and tips to help them…but yes the images are ridic in scale.FYI…I had to completely redo the webpage. I kept the old page because I still think you guys should consider looking at it
The layoput builder is not liking the ‘full-screen’ grid with the staff members. It breaks after the last row. You’ll see in the revised page, everything contains itself well when not using the GRID ROW. This should not be though….Thanks!
March 29, 2016 at 3:49 am #604226Hey!
Yes, this is a bug that we should look into. It only happens with a combination of elements, usually separators and columns. Placing the elements inside a color section usually fix the issue but this is a different case because the areas are separated by using a grid row element. It’s kinda difficult to debug the issue on the installation because of the image size. It takes a little while before the whole page load.
