    Hi!
My client says their page gets cut off at the bottom on all PC’s at school. I cannot see the problem but I only have macs. I have tested on one PC laptop though, but that looks ok as well. There’s some custom CSS involved for the logo image now and I have also tried various settings for custom margins in the color section. I guess it’s some kind of resolution issue or something wrong with the code applied? The client wants the entire logo to be visible when loading on every screen on any computer. Is it possible for you to help us to come to a solution here?

    Regards,
    Roger

    Hi Roger,

    Thanks for contacting us!

I checked your website on Safari, Firefox, Opera and Chrome on Mac but pages load fine on my end.

Could you please request a screenshot from your client so we can make sure that we are on the same page? You can upload screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post links here :)

    Regards,
    Yigit

    Hi Yigit!
Now when I got the screenshot I see it’s on a Mac. Hmm. Problem’s pretty clear though.
I could not find a public folder in Dropbox, had a message saying they were disabled in 2017?

Oh well, I uploaded it on another page instead. Se attachment :)

    Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshot!

They have a smaller screen and they are not using browser in full screen so this is kind of expected :)

I would recommend you to edit your page and choose to display a transparent header under Layout section – https://imgur.com/a/uhi6Jj5
Then, please edit the column element where you have your image and decrease top margin value – https://imgur.com/a/TQ2Ufvd so it would be closer to the top and image would be visible on smaller screens as well :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit
