    After upgrading to Enfold 4.4.1, and WP 4.9.6, several sections of the home page of our site have stopped loading.

    We use very few plugins, and have disabled these to see if it helps. No page caching is in use. But still elements don’t load.

    The same page features are loading on other pages.

    Please help!

    Which version of php are you running? There is an error in JavaScript, looks like a broken dependency.

    The server is running PHP version: 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.14

    What is the broken dependency? And why does the widget work on other pages?

    Hi BanquetsSupport,

    You should be running at least php5.6.3 for the code to work properly. Please consider upgrading your php version.

    The error is not present on other pages.

    Hi Victoria,

    We upgraded the PHP version on this server a few days ago and the problem is still happening:

    WordPress 4.9.7 running Enfold theme.
    Running PHP version: 7.0.30-1+ubuntu14.04.1+deb.sury.org+1

    Can you please further investigate the issue.
