Dear Kriesi,
I’m having a major problem.
Editor of the site i manage keeps on loading and loading.
Looked on your forum and none of the solutions seem to work.Also i cant find the coding to register so i hope this will get to u.

Other codes to login i put in the Private content section.Hope u guys can help me out it really a big problem.

You are currently using a very old version of Enfold. Please update it to the latest version 4.0.5 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and that would help.

Thank u forresponding at sort short notice.
I have read the documents.I just had contact with the company who build the website.
Unfortunatly they cant give me the Themforrest user name and also API key.
They told me just to request a new account.
Now i have no idea how this works with my exsisting site and it just cannot crash because i realy need to change things could do that in days….Plz help, what can i do?

Hi Erwin,
Purchases are linked to ThemeForest/Envato accounts. You can try contacting Envato support however as far as i know, it is not possible to transfer licenses between accounts. They can simply provide you ThemeForest username (of the account they used to purchase the theme) and API key. Otherwise you will not be able to download the latest version of the theme.
Other option would be creating a new ThemeForest/Envato account and re-purchasing the theme however as i mentioned above, you can receive the update if you insert username and API key in Enfold theme options :)

Its me again. I had contact with Envato and the employee directs me back to Kriesi (u?).
Now im lost in this problem..I did a copy paste on the reply of Envato.
Please help what can/should i do?

We asked you to contact Envato support in case there was a way to retrieve your purchase without needing to purchase the theme once again. However that does not seem possible. We made (and pay) an account.
See the hidden content field for the info.Can u please help me updating our website properly.
Or tell me in detail what i need to do to update our site because i take a look at the options but it seems like a maze to me.
And its an exsisting site so i just dont want to do something wrong.Sorry this is taking so much of your time man but really like to hear from u.

We can update the theme for you if you do not mind posting your license, FTP logins and WP admin logins here privately. Also, please let us know if there have been any modifications on theme files, as they will be overwritten when we update the theme :)

I have inserted username and API key in Enfold theme options – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and updated the theme to the latest version and confirmed that Advanced Layout Builder loads fine now. Please review your website now.
