    Hi. I was not able to find a way to contact you via the support page, so I’m writing here. I’ve been using Enfold for several years for my website http://www.jjentertainers.com.

    The page editor seems to not be working properly, so I’d like some help. I can only see the html code on the editor page and now after trying to make some changes to one of the pages, it is not displaying correctly.

    Can you please help!!?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    You are currently using a very old version of Enfold which is probably the reason why you are having this issue. Could you please update Enfold to the latest version via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/?

    You can register to our support forum using your purchase code here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ then start new threads under Enfold sub forum – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/#new-post whenever you have a question or an issue :)

    Thanks so much. Sorry for the very late reply. I will try to download the latest version of enfold and get it installed. Seems I will have to do it via ftp. I’ll let you know how it goes. Thanks again. Jim
