    Hi there,
    I’m having an issue with the Enfold theme.
    Whatever change I make to the home page works fine in the preview, and works fine if published and I’m logged into WordPress, BUT it doesn’t show up if I’m not logged in or from mobile or incognito pages.

    Where is the error?
    I tried to clear the cache and disable the plug-ins, but the trouble persists.
    Please, HELP!

    To determine the issue, it may be necessary for us to inspect the site. Please provide the site URL in the private field, and including screenshots would also be helpful. Please use imgur, savvyify or dropbox for the screenshot.

    Hello Ismael,
    I can create a log in for you if needed.
    At the moment, I have several issues. Please check the pictures in the Dropbox link.
    – when I’m logged in, the website looks good.
    – in incognito mode, it doesn’t
    both are referring to Chrome via Safari seems to work.

    I have also discovered another issue this morning.
    When I go to appearance – customize – homepage setting and I try to change the homepage, it still shows me the old one.
    I don’t know where the problem could be.

    Also, I forget to mention. The only way to show up the changes to the website is by changing the page’s template.
    From standard template to BLANK – no header, footer, and back again.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I cleared the cache and minified files from your caching plugin, and I’m seeing the same thing both when logged in and out after that. Please have a look at your end as well.

    Hello Rikard.
    Thanks, I did some modifications yesterday night and had the same trouble described above.
    This morning everything was fine.
    It looks like it needs time to show me the changes.
    Please remember that whenever I do something on it, I always clear the cache and minefied.
    i.e. I have now changed the home page from the one called “coming soon” to the one called “home” and it still shows me the old one.

    Hi,

    The coming soon page is still selected in the theme options, I temporarily changed it to the page you mentioned above, and the front page updated without any problems on my end. Please let us know how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end.

    That’s not what is happening to me.
    if I change the home page in the theme options, it shows the new one only in the theme options (not online) and if I refresh the page shows the “coming soon” page also if a different page is selected. (screenshot attached).
    I also tried to put in draft mode the coming soon page and the result is a page with “page not found”.

    Ok, I found the mistake.
    The problem was that I didn’t change the front page settings in Enfold’s child theme option.
    Now it works fine. :)

    I have only one more favor to ask.
    Since I tried but without luck.
    Could you please set the TikTok icon with hover inside my social profile icons?
    It’s already uploaded, I tried to follow the info I found on the blog, but something is missing.
    At the moment, you see the Tumblr icon instead.
    Let me know.

    The Tiktok social icon is not available by default, but you can add it manually by following the instructions in the following thread.
