Hi,
we use the Enfold theme in several customer projects. With the last two websites we have the problem that when we save the page, content disappears and current revisions are no longer visible. We have already seen in the forum that this problem occurs from time to time with users. We have followed all moderator instructions and the problem still exists.
After countless tests we now know what the reason is: If you insert a HTML code incorrectly, e.g. bold with a missing end tag, then several end tag errors become visible in the HTML code, which did not exist before. If you then fix the HTML error, the source code is still incorrect. We are afraid that something in the background in the code will be messed up.
Is there a way to recover the lost content?
We are actually very happy with the theme and would like to use it in many more customer projects, but this bug is very annoying. We hope it will be fixed soon!

Sorry for the problem. This is the biggest flaw of our layout builder unfortunately, and we haven’t been able to find a fix which protects against this as of yet. If your content disappears then you would need to recreate it, or restore an earlier revision. But you said that the revisions where lost as well, so I guess you would have to recreate it.
If you need further help then please include admin login details in private. If you need to share screenshots then you can upload them to a service like Dropbox or Google Drive and then link to them here.
