    I am using Enfold 3.4.7 and WordPress 4.4.1. Some of the page content in an icon list is not showing on the webpage after updating it even though it is showing in the Avia editor. I have cleared the browser cache, used multiple browsers (Chrome/Firefox/IE) with the same results. I have searched the threads and don’t see my exact issue, but similar. Please advise.

    Hey matmaynor!

    Are you using a caching plugin? If you are, please flush cache as well.
    If that too does not help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately.

    Cheers!

    I do not use a caching plugin. I have created a temporary admin and the information is below.

    Thanks,

    Mat

    Hi Mat,

    Thanks for the login, I checked the iconlist but I couldn’t see any missing information. In which of the items are you seeing the problem? You have a lot of unnessesary markup in the second item:

    <ul>
    <ul>
    <ul>
    	<li><a href="http://www.millercares.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/ARTICLE-Breaks-in-service.pdf" target="_blank">Break In Service</a></li>
    </ul>
    </ul>
    </ul>

    That was the only problem I could see. We had a problem with that a few versions back but it’s fixed in the version you are running. Could you try and clean up the additional markup to see if that helps please?

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    Yes, I have had major formatting issues with the icon list. The extra markup is being added on save and not by myself or my developer. I should have been more specific on the section with the issues. The section/icon titled “ACA Resources” is where the issues lie. Text is missing under the Counting Employees heading and the Reporting Requirements heading is missing altogether. Thanks.

    Hi,

    I cleaned up the excess code but that was not the issue, this shortcode was:

    [video_lightbox_youtube video_id=kSoJB7HS7eE width=640 height=480 anchor=Video]

    Could you try adding that video in some other way as it seems to break your list?

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    Thank you. Actually the shortcode syntax was incorrect for some reason so I corrected that and the videos work and the shortcode no longer breaks the icon list. Thank you very much.

    Hi,

    Ok, great. Glad you got it working :-)

    Thanks,
    Rikard
