    Hi Support Team.

    I am using Layout Builder and have the same issue for the second time building a page.
    Some elements don`t display well (grid layout) and when I want to save changes, either the changes are not saved at all, or (after taking the special headlines away , like described in other threads, content diappears….
    So i looked up the solutions as described here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/changes-on-pages-wontsave/#post-851434
    But they don`t work on my page.

    I attached login details for admin access in private and the page link.
    Could cou please help me fix this?

    Hey AlinaHodzode,

    Could you please enable the Advanced Layout Builder debug mode . Here is how to do it: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
    Which version of php are you running?
    Can you make a test page, so that we don’t break anything and make a backup.

    I Just updated the php version to 7.0. So this should be excluded as a source of errors.
    Looking forward to get some help on how to fix this problem.
    Also noticed, that the colors are not displaying right.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. This problem usually happens when there is open html markup on the page, and yours is no exception:

    Die Frage nach dem <strong>Wozu!

    Properly closed it should look like this:

    Die Frage nach dem <strong>Wozu!</strong>

    Could you try that out to see if it helps please?

    Hi Basilis, thank you, I talked to a programmer and he tells me that the database is fine, that it has enough space for anything. Please help me know what it will be? Yesterday I could replace images in a gallery and it was not deconfigured. It’s only when I create new content and it does not keep it, I’m super careful Thank you

    Hello, Rikard, thank you, in the page of CONTACT I had to do it several times and with the help of self-security. It happens that when I generate a new content it does not make the changes for more that it uses and it has saved templates in the pages, it is uncomfortable because I can not be seeing the previews because it is deleted and it is left blank, the content of the CONTACT I had to do in a just saved without preview, if I have to make an adjustment it erases everything and touches it again. You could help me, what’s the matter?

    Thanks for that, is it the page in private? You have two contact pages, that’s why I’m asking.

    You have open html markup on the page:

    Hay dos formas de llegar a <strong>Islamorada desde Bogotá

    The proper way to close the markup would be like this:

    Hay dos formas de llegar a <strong>Islamorada desde Bogotá</strong>

    Please try to close that and any other open markup you might have in your content.
