    The page builder suddenly stopped working for me. I’ve tried everything I can think of and searched the forum but no good so far. Just get the endless circle cycling round. I can’t even see the existing content. Can you help with a solution please?

    Hi Victoria,
    That’s strange, there’s something wrong, I just tried to set you up as a new admin and it would not allow me to add a new user.
    I’ve sent new alternate existing credentials.
    Please let me know how you get on with this one.

    Hi Dave,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I found this error in the web console:

    google-author-link-admin.js?ver=1.5:37 Uncaught TypeError: $(...).live is not a function

    Please deactivate this plugin Google Author Link which is causing the issue and the Advanced Layout Builder should work again.

    We can close the ticket and thanks again. It appears that the plugin (by others) has not been kept updated and caused the issue.
