JanTkanks, but I already read this and did not find the solution to use the page builder in the woocommerce shop page in Enfold. On this page, the advanced page builder button is deactivated. I need to activate this button to add an element from the page builder to the shop page, but on that page I can work alone in the classic mode: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-shop/shop/
Yes you are correct, the Advanced Layout Editor ist only available on the product Pages.
But I think you can build up your own shop page with the Advanced Layout Editor and use this instead of the standard page of woocommerce. As a reference you could try the “custom shop” demo:

Unfortunately, the default woocommerce shop page (or the page we set in woocommerce as the Shop page) can’t be modified using the Advanced Visual Builder.
The masonry shop and custom shop shown in Enfold 2017 is customized but it’s not set as the Shop page.
This is not because of the theme but because of how it’s designed by WordPress, that’s why even other page builders or even the default WordPress theme doesn’t have the ability to control its design except through some codes and using wordpress hooks.Best regards,
