    Hello,
    Please check the image. After updating Enfold, all pagebuilder elements are gone. Logging out and in does not help. Got the same issue yesterday on another site. Checked today: still no page builder element.

    Hi famewebdesign!

    Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    If your still having trouble after doing the above steps then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Okay… But when I’m deleting theme Enfold… Is then all my content lost? All settings and stuff?
    I do not have another theme on this domain so I have to upload another theme first?

    Hi!

    Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times firstly – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
    Your content is saved on your database, if you have made changes on theme files they will be overwritten and theme options will remain the same as long as theme names are matching.
