    Hi, my page builder drag and drop function stopped working, what can I do?

    Hey Guilherme!

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 3.4.7- http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If you are, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps

    Cheers!

    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.2.1)

    What?

    #EDIT

    I did the update and my website went Blank. I can’t access nothing, neither the site itself nor the admin pannel, why?

    Hey!

    I see that you switched to another theme.
    Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.
    If that does not help, please create a testing environment – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and post login credentials and FTP access here privately so we can look into it.

    Regards,
    Yigit

    Yigit, the problem was on my child theme but a codeable expert fixed that for me.

    The only problem here is that I updated the enfold main theme and the drag and drop function from it was not fixed, can you check if there is anything I can do to fix it?

    #edit

    /* PHP Memory */
    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    was already kile this

    Hi!

    Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately?

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Yes I have and I found the issue but I don’t know how to fix it. It’s the plugin Advanced Custom Field Pro, do you know about it?

    Hi!

    Please disable the plugin “Advanced Custom Field Pro” that is causing the issue with ALB and update the plugin if any updates are available to latest version and re-activate it… if no updates please backup the plugin settings and delete the plugin download a fresh copy and re-install the plugin.

    I don’t know how to do that since it was a developer from codeable who did it. Can you give me some instructions on how to do it?

    Hi,

    If you go to Plugins in the WordPress menu you will see a list of all plugins installed, hover over the plugin in question and select Deactivate.

    Thanks,
    Rikard
