Hello,
Something really weird is happening on our website…
When trying to use the page builder we can drag the boxes but not drop.
The box with the icon get stucked on the page and nothing happens :(
If we just click on the element it goes right at the end of the page normally, but if we try to drag and drop it it’s not working.
Even if we put it at the end just clicking, the drag and drop tool to move the new section colour or element inside get stuck while moving it.
We did not had this problem before. First time ever !
We tried to update the theme and wordpress but nothing happens.
We did replace the ftp files with a back-up because we had a spam problem but not sure it’s link cause the content looks exactly the same.
Do you know where we have to look for? Something to fix that?

Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

YigitWe tried to de-activate all active plugins as you said and it worked !
Testing them one by one we figured out that the problem was coming from the Akismet one.
That’s even weirder than expected :)
Do you think we can let it desactivated?
