I’m working on a new site (see link below). I’m overlaying an element by using the “custom top and bottom margin” setting. The element is pushed up and slightly over a slider.
Looks good in a full browser, but just about the full slider is blocked by the element below when viewed on a mobile screen. I’m looking at it with an iPhone 8 Plus, so smaller phones will be even worse.
Is there a way to have a different custom top margin for mobile view?
In the past, I’ve been able to totally hide an element in Enfold, and show a different element based on screen width. Not sure if this is the right approach.
Is there a preferred method or suggestion here?
Thanks in advance.
Since I’m using Slider Revolution, I dug into that a bit and was able to customize the size for the slider based on computer/laptop/tablet/browser which has cleaned up the issue for me.
Still would like to hear from you about suggestions for the future when it comes to overlaying an element like I’ve done. In this situation, I was able to fix it customizing the slider, but in some cases it might just be an image or something else.
Hi,
maybe the easiest way to do an overlay, is by editing the image margin and z-index.
That way you can move it on top of a section.
