Does enfold have the capability to do an overlay highlight? I do not know if that is the proper term, but The example is on the home page of the website listed below. Scroll down to Our People/Our Process

The area with Feature projects on the home page, is there a way for the enfold overlay to highlight in the same way?

Yes it is possible to do the overlay highlight of the whole section when you mouse hover over the section. Please create a mockup of how you need the end result to look like. Upload the screenshot to dropbox or imgur.com and share theimage link so we can help you better.
