Hi,
I cannot download the new version (3.4.7), appear this message:“Out of memory (allocated 29622272) (tried to allocate 565630 bytes) in /homepages/7/d503274644/htdocs/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 680”
How I can solve it?

Are you trying to upload it? If so.. make sure the documentation in the .zip isn’t going uploaded as well. Otherwise you can manually upload it via FTP once decompressed.

Please try to increase the WordPress memory limit to see if that helps: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
