Dear Kriesi,
Suddenly I have a problem with the check out page . Once the costumer confirms in the check out page with “Order”, the entire page gets stuck.
We do receive an email that an order has been made, but the costumer does not receive any confirmation. Very confusing.
Can someone give some advice?Best regards,

April 28, 2017 at 6:18 pm #784750There can be many reasons for this to happen. Have you performed any updates? Did you disable all plugins except woocommerce for testing? What versions of Enfold and WooCommerce and WordPress are you running at?

Yesterday I bought a new ‘pickup-point’ plugin which did not work properly and decided to do some updates .
So now I have the following versions: Theme enfold 4.0.5., wooCommerce 3.0.4., wordpress 4,7,4..I did not disable all plugins for testing, was not aware that this is needed. Maybe I have it wrong, but f.i. the Giftcardvoucher -plugin has not been disabled as it ‘s part of the testing. Could that cause troubles??

April 28, 2017 at 7:40 pm #784775Every plugin and theme is a potential source of issues. To debug problems you have to disable all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme like twenty seventeen. This is essential.
