Options sidebar disappeared

Hello,

As the title says, the options sidebar completely disappeared and I can’t seem to be able to bring it back.
I’ve tried previous solutions to the same problem such as emptying the cache and disabling all plugins, but still – no dice.
I even went as far as reinstalling it entirely but that didn’t work either.

As a side note, I’m using a child theme but the options are missing from both it and the regular theme.
This was working before I left four months ago, and I’m quite puzzled as to what could’ve possibly happened.
WordPress and Enfold are both up to date.

Does anybody have an idea?
