Hi, I’m using OptinMonster in my website and I can’t find the reason why the “Popup” type of optin doesn’t work.
The close button and the submit button don’t do anything while the Enfold theme is active.
The other types of optins work.Could you please help me check? :)

Have you tried running it with all other activated plugins disabled?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonAugust 15, 2018 at 12:09 am #997382Hi Jordan,
Thanks for replying so fast.
I have tried disabling plugins related to anything visual with interaction, yet it still doesn’t work.
The only change that has happened in my website lately is that I updated to the latest version of Enfold.Previous to that, the plugin worked just fine.
Edit: This is the information that appears in the console at the beginning. There are a ton more of those:
Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: o.object.getAll is not a function
at track (api.min.js:2)
at api.min.js:2
at Object.r [as each] (api.min.js:2)
at thirdParty (api.min.js:2)
at track (api.min.js:2)
at t.impression (api.min.js:2)
at t.afterShow (api.min.js:2)
at api.min.js:2Could this be related to minifying CSS and Javascript?

August 15, 2018 at 6:29 am #997440Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. It could be due to file compression, what happens if you deactivate those options under Enfold->Performance?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 15, 2018 at 6:40 am #997447Hi Rikard,
Thanks for replying. I forgot to write that I did disable minification for CSS and Javascript and it still doesn’t work.
I also disabled all major plugins.
The errors in the console remain.August 15, 2018 at 2:16 pm #997548Hi hobeja7,
I activated the campaign. Filled out the form and it tried to send, did not see the error you’re describing.
Can you please tell us how to reproduce the issue?
Can you make a small screencast maybe?
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 15, 2018 at 11:00 pm #997713Thanks Victoria,
I have replied in private section a specific question regarding the activated optin.
The popup type of Optin is the one that’s not working. Other types work fine.Update: This seems to happen with Google Chrome.
In Firefox the buttons work. What I do to see the errors is to open the Google Chrome developer tools (F12 in windows) and go to the Console Tab. That will give specific information. The optin loads after 20 seconds in the website.
Thanks.
