    I have 4 sites which were working perfectly prior to the last WP update and now all have lost the ability to open hand-coded links in the lightbox with Chrome.

    Example: https://manhattancenterforgynecology.com/ and go half was down the page where REAL PATIENT REVIEWS shows and click on the View Full Review link. This image should open in a lightbox. In testimonials, it is coded as <a href="wp-content/uploads/2019/03/MCVS_reviews_2019_8_home.jpg" target="_blank">View full review</a>

    Works fine in Firefox and Safari. Chrome does not open a popup – nothing.
