    Hello,

    When we share our products urls on Facebook and LinkedIn, the open graph information is not working.

    Using the Facebook debugger, we can see that Facebook bot obtains a 404 error.
    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

    We discovered that if we use the default Woocommerce permalink format to access the same product, some OG info is obtained.

    Also we setup a copy of our site on a different staging server under different domain, and here Facebook debugger obtains og info without problem.

    What could be the problem?

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    I’m not sure what’s causing it but it’s probably a .htaccess issue. Please edit the .htaccess file then post the content on pastebin.com. We would like to check it.

    The problem was related with the DNS, we solve it using a different DNS server.
