Hey,
I have finally found out how to remove the Enfold logo thanks to your forum :) ….
But is there a customer friendly way to use your company name as text instead of a logo that you upload?
I have tried using paint, making that into a gif and uploading but the result is very very small leters…
It would be very useful to just be able to do that in the theme itself.Thanks

I am getting increasingly frustrated…..
In waiting for an answer (I don’t understand why I have not received an answer as I can see that other requests are being answered) I have kept digging myself and I have found the following things:
– if I use google for my request I get more hits than when I use the search engine here…….
– I have since understood that my question; ‘how to remove the Enfold logo and replace it with just my company name’ has been asked lots of times before. To my amazement the answers differ! and to my further amazement you’ve got to write code to do this????? Seriously? This needs to be absolutely flexible and I want to be able to play around with different fonts etc etc
– I have also discovered that the upload of the Enfold theme was not complete: I do not get the import dummy data installed and I cannot instal them manually by using the import/export tab because it cannot find any files….This is very frustrating.
I was given to understand that Enfold would be easy to use and the support excellent. I am not experiencing either!!Please reply asap.

First of all, you can find related post on our documentation here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-subtext-to-logo-replace-logo-with-site-title/. If you need further help, please post the link to your website and elaborate on the changes you would like to make. Regarding demo import, if it still does not work, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. If not, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately and let us know which demo you would like to import.
Second of all, we may not be very responsive on weekends as mentioned in Support Schedule. If your case is urgent, please try to avoid bumping your own thread as self posted threads usually get overlooked due to activeness of our forum.
That being said, hopefully we will change your impression very soon :)
