Only include Google Maps API in wp-admin when required

Hi there,

currently all option pages in wp-admin triggers the script include of the Google (Maps) API include.
Could you narrow the enqueue_admin_scripts call to only run, when necessary? Is it necessary at all to include the Google JS APIs in wp-admin?

If the includes are required, then please at least limit it to when the enfold option page is open and to pages where you might need to include the Google Maps functionality.

Besides of performance issues we encountered, it is also not a wanted behaviour to let Google know about the complete wp-admin structure and usage. Please also respect admin user privacy.
