    I maybe want to buy the Enfolg theme and like this demo:

    However, this demo shows a one page website which I don’t like so much (because of SEO). Is it possible to use the theme as showed in this demo exapmple, but with normal pages instead of a singel page design?

    Yes, that is possible. You can simply create your pages and menu just like any other WordPress :)
