I have a one page website setup.
Is there a way to link to some sort of anchor in the topmenu?
For example, the contact form is at the bottom of the website, i want a menu item that links directly to that bottom section.Thanks in advance.

Please see http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation/ to create sections. Then you can add anchor to those sections in Appearance > Menus > Add New Link
