I just downloaded the “One page restaurant” demo to my local server and the transparent and main logos are wrong. The transparent logo is not the correct size as your website (too small) and the main logo does not appear but the Kriesi “K” logo appears instead.
I have manually changed the main logo to “logo_restaurant_white.png” and set it to full size (340 x 156) and it still appears smaller than the demo logo on your website.
The “main logo” (logo_reataurant.png) does not appear on the page at all after manually setting it in the theme Options section.
P.S. The Kriesi “K” logo is not even in the media library, how is this happening?

Thank you for the inquiry.
Have you tried updating the logo with your own? You may also need to adjust the Header Size settings in the Enfold > Header > Header Layout tab. We’d be happy to check this once the site goes live.
Best regards,

I’m just trying to look at the demo (One Page Restaurant Demo) first before loading anything, to make sure everything is working correctly. Here is what happens, I go to load the demo (I’ve done this twice now) each time a dialog box appears claiming that it has failed and to try reloading. So I select the delete loaded files button and try again. It claims that everything loaded correctly but it does not. Under the “Theme Options” section the “Logo” is listed as “386” and the “Transparency Logo” is listed as “385”.
When viewing the demo page the “Transparency Logo” is much smaller than the “Transparency Logo” on your site’s demo and when one scrolls down the page the correct “Logo” does not appear but is replaced by the Kriesi “K” logo appears instead.
I have checked the media library and that image (Kriesi “K”) is not there so where is the demo grabbing it from? And how do I delete it?
As of this morning I deleted everything and started over fresh with the same results.May 18, 2025 at 9:00 pm #1484411Hi,
The demo logos such as 386 & 385 are hard coded into the theme, there are no files to delete and you can not remove them without replacing them with yours. To replace them you should upload your logo via the upload option, or upload your logo into the media library and paste the file URL into the field.
If you don’t want a logo at all, then upload a blank / transparent placeholder image into the field. Typically, people are fine with simply uploading a logo to replace the demo logos.Best regards,
MikeJune 10, 2025 at 10:36 am #1485272Hi Mike,
Yes I want to load logos, I was at that time just test things out. Now that I have loaded the logos (one regular and one transparent) two things are happening.1. I cannot get the logo size for the transparent logo to show as it does in the demo (using the suggested dimensions 340 x 156) and the logo is quite a bit smaller.
2. The “K” logo for Kriesi still appears when the user moves down the page. That logo is not even in the media library is there code get rid of that logo?
The images/files have been replaced with my logos with the same results, how does get Enfold to stop pointing to that “K” logo?Regards,
DavidJune 10, 2025 at 6:55 pm #1485294Hi,
In the demo that you are using, there are two different logos. When the header is not transparent, the default logo is used. That can be set in Logo field in the theme options. The logo which is used while the header is transparent can be set under Transparency Options, just below the logo field.
Best regards,

Yes I know how this works but it is not working. As stated there are two different logos being used but the feature is not working as stated. The “K” Kriesi logo appears. How do I include screen shots to show you what is going on cause you guys are not getting what is happening.
Regards,
David-

RikardJune 12, 2025 at 9:31 pm #1485377Hi,
I cannot post login, it is on a local server via MAMP. Have you downloaded from your demo site/page? I’m getting errors when I download the first time and must try again, please use the very link that is provided to us end users/clients. I have run into this before, I just did not use the transparent logo BUT the client really wants the transparent logo this go-round.
How are your test installations setup?
Regards,
DavidP.S. What is the “Remove Files” feature suppose to do because it does not remove any of the just loaded demo files. I thought I would use that feature to start fresh and try again but it does not work.
