Just a quick question: Is it possible to have a single/one-page layout within a “normal” site?

AndyWith normal sites I mean a design like the Default Demo (http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/).
Would it be possible to have someting like the One-Page Demo (http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-one-page-portfolio/) in the same site? For example if I click on “Headers” in the Default Demo it shows the One-Pager with it’s navigation?
