I have created this site, and it works great on a full screen. When I view it on a smart phone or screen at 640 pixels wide, the contact link doesn’t take you to the bottom where the contact section is.
Please advise.
thanks!
August 12, 2015 at 2:05 pm #486551Hey dabomb!
please deactivate all plugins, to see if one is causing this issue. If it does not help then please send us admin access so we can take a closer look. Post login details here as private reply.

August 13, 2015 at 7:36 am #486968Hey!
I tried to my iPhone 6 & Windows Phone and seems to be working fine. Can you tell me what mobile you have?
Cheers!
BasilisAugust 13, 2015 at 4:49 pm #487304My client is using iPhone 5s. I have a Samsung s4 and they don’t work. Also to see what I am seeing, look at it here and test it.
The contact link from the menu puts me at the ‘How We Are Different’ section. I used the one page restaurant theme and modified it. The only thing I can think of is that it’s still pulling the link or something from the original content. I’m at a loss I have tried to change the link and other things and can’t get it working correctly.
Please advise.
August 14, 2015 at 8:07 am #487574Hi,
I get the same error both on phone and desktop browser, could you send us an admin login so that we can have a closer look please? Please try to deactivate any plugins which might cause a conflict.

August 15, 2015 at 5:45 am #488119Hi,
Sorry, my bad, but thanks for the details anyway. I’m a bit baffled by this to be honest, I’ve never seen it before and I see no reason why it should be happening, I’ll ask the rest of the team to have a look as well. The only thing I can think of is that a file has gone corrupt somewhere so if you could try to overwrite all theme files via FTP with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Thanks,
RikardAugust 15, 2015 at 4:39 pm #488245Ok I just did a fresh install of the theme, and the issue still persists. Now also the 2 sections I had issues with before not wrapping are back (the Free Review section and the contact section). I need to get this fixed, as the client is expecting the site to launch in the next couple of days. Please help otherwise I’m going to have to start from scratch with another theme, and I LOVE this theme as it is the one I have been using for over a year now.
thanks!
August 15, 2015 at 11:59 pm #488316I got it working. There was a missing div tag somewhere with all the elements. I had to just delete most of the elements and rebuild the page. Thanks for the support along the way!
