Hi. A client who used your “Enfold” theme in the past contacted us because they have a problem on their website and they could not reach the old webmaster who actually made the website.
Now, as soon as I could not do nothing for the issue myself and we need support to solve it, I was wondering if I can buy only the support for the theme, or a one-off support for this problem.

The site in question is running an old version of the theme and it needs to be updated. If you don’t have access to the account which was used to purchase the license, then I would suggest that you purchase a new license, otherwise you will have this problem every time you want to update or access the theme files. Once you have a valid license then 6 months of support is included. Please follow this guide when you have a valid theme license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
