Hi Guys,
What would be the best way to have a column with two different background colors. Or what is the trick that it looks like it?
Please see image to see what I’m after. It’s important that the content on the right can be longer than the the blue section with the social share buttons.
I already tried to put a code block before and after the Social Share widget with in the first block <div class=”white”> and in the second one </div> but that didn’t work and messed up the layout.
Best regards,
Steven
Hey steviger,
Could you please give us a link to your website, we need more context to be able to help you.

Hi Victoria,
Thanks for you quick response. You can have a look but you’ll need to add this to your hostfile because it’s not directly visible.
Will that be ok?

Hi Victoria,
That is correct. This is the current website. If you add the code to your hostfile you’ll see the work in progress with Enfold right?

well if these are separated widgets your can adress them separatly by their ID or widget-count or widget name etc. – but without a link it is hard to say what it is in your case.
Hi,
The problem is that it can only be previewed by adding an IP to the host file. As you can see in the screenshot, these are indeed separated widgets.
But you suggestion kicked me in the right direction!
I used this in my CSS:
#custom_html-3 {background:#ffffff!important;}
Thanks both for for helping me out!

Steven
