    Hello, my site is https://mauiderm.com. Trying to update info on existing pages but the existing content isn’t being shown. For example, log in with credentials provided below and try to edit the Faculty page. Click on the Accordion and it doesn’t find the existing content but rather gives the message you’d get if you just created the accordion. I have the avia builder debugger enabled via my child theme’s functions.php file and I can see that the content is there, but the editor can’t see it (it shows neither in the avia editor or the default editor). I’m fully updated in WordPress, plugins and Enfold. I deactivated all plugins as a test but still no change.

    i think you might have a copy/paste error, i just double checked it and i was able to log right in.

    Hi Jim,

    Login details are working for me, thanks for that. I had a look at the Faculty page but all the content seems to show up on my end when I try to edit the accordion element, did you remove the old one maybe? If not, then please post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end.

    Hi Rikard,
    Here are two screen captures showing what I get. One shows the page with the debug output below the editor, you can see the existing content in there. The other screen capture shows the blank content when I edit the accordion’s bio section (or any section on any page). It doesn’t pick up the existing content, it populates it with default content as if I’ve just created a new element.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshots, I might be missing the point here but the Bio section in the Accordion element is displaying “Toggle Content goes here” both in the shortcode on the backend and the same on the frontend. Is the problem that you had other content there before and it disappeared?

    Yes, there is extensive content already there that the layout builder is not picking up. You can see the existing content in the debugging output below the editor window as well as on the front end of the website.

    you can disregard further work on this ticket. i think i was having a caching issue in my browser (or my brain!), all seems ok now. Thank you.
