    Hi,
    I would like to ask about licence issue.
    I purchased the theme licence for one domain and there was a active website for few years on it. Recently my client gave up with the website and abandoned domain. The web site does not exist anymore.
    Is it OK to use this previously purchased by me theme licence for new domain and new website?

    If license will not be used by your client, then yes, you can use the same license on a new website :)
