Gooday Kriesi… Please can you help me. I have contacted Envato regarding this problem as well. I have an old API key from the previous developer of a website for a client of mine. THe developer has fallen very ill and no longer able to assist my client however the theme of course was paid for but not through my profile with Envato. The theme is requesting an updated API key to continue updating and I would kindly like to ask you for a new one without my client having to pay for Enfold theme again. Please please can you assist me? I have emailed you before but still no answer so I hope you get this email now. Thank you, Amanda

I’m sorry for the problem, but we can’t generate tokens for you unfortunately, it has to be done using the account which bought the license. Please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. Maybe you could get access to the account of the developer?
