    Hi
Problem 1. I have a page called “all gear” that should show all the products in all the subcategories–a total of 96 products. But it is not showing all 96. On the page Woocommerce>settings>products>column & product count> I selected “All” but it still won’t show all the products.

And the weird thing that makes me wonder if there a bug is on the “All Gear” page:
    http://outtagear.com/product-category/all-gear/
    the “Display x Products per page” says “-1” “-2” & “-3” ???

Problem 2. Also, we cannot view all of our products (total 109) on the backend–they are still visible on the website though. it still says on the admin product page there are 109 total products, but it is only giving us access to about half of them. The other weird thing is the product page “screen options” or “help” will not open when you click on it but they work on all the other admin pages, so I’m wondering if these two problems are related.
    Thanks

    Hi outtagear!

I’m not sure if this issue is related to the theme. Did you try to switch to the default TwentyThirteen wordpress theme? Does the theme switch solve the issue(s)? If not please contact the WooCommerce plugin developers: http://www.woothemes.com/support/ because we can only help you with theme incompatibility issues and can’t support the WooCommerce plugin itself.

    Regards,
    Peter

Well either you were able to go in the backend, or my last woocommerce 2.1.6 update (3/25) fixed the problem. So we’re all good. thanks.
