    Hi,
We are having an error on the backend showing at the top of the page:
Notice: Undefined index: trail_end in /home/jdaeyhmp/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/helper-template-logic.php on line 128
    How can we solve it?
    Many thanks.

    Hey seomar,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi seomar,

Can you please make that account admin? We see another notice and this might help with that

    Hi David,

I can’t see the error message that you first posted about, I can see this though:

Deprecated: contextual_help ha quedado obsoleto desde la versión 3.3.0. Utiliza get_current_screen()->add_help_tab(), get_current_screen()->remove_help_tab() en su lugar. in /home/jdaeyhmp/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5088

Please refer to this post by Yigit to fix that: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/error-after-wordpress-update-2/#post-1200131

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi David,

Thanks for the login details. I can’t see that message after logging in though, where and when exactly are you seeing that on the backend?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
My client, Editor profile in WordPress is still getting the error. I attach you access details to a editor account.
    Many thanks.

    Hi David,

Thanks for that. The login details you posted are working, but I can’t see any error messages after logging in. What exactly do we need to do in order to reproduce this problem?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi seomar,

Please configure debug to not show notices and warnings to the user. Here is how to do it:

    Hi Victoria,
Thanks.Solved by adding define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false); to wp-config.php file
However seems there is some trouble when edditing the porfolio items otherwise it wouldn’t had shown the error? isn’t?
    Many thanks indeed.

    Hi David,

It is not a critical error, so it can be just hidden as everything else functions normally.

Glad you got it working for you! :)

If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,
    Victoria
