August 27, 2015 at 5:05 am #493905Hey!
That is actually weird. Please try to add this in the Quick CSS field to remove the 404 error section:
.woocommerce-page .404_recommendation { display: none; }Cheers!
IsmaelAugust 27, 2015 at 9:44 am #493983That does not change anything…..

August 29, 2015 at 9:20 am #495247Hey!
Did you modify any of the theme files? I checked the dashboard but I’m not sure where the 404 section is coming from. Is it OK if we deactivate the plugins while working on the site?
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 29, 2015 at 11:51 am #495285We did not make any modifications….Yes you can disable plugins…but pleas try that site won’t be offline for a long time.
Thank you :)
September 1, 2015 at 6:08 pm #496591Hey!
I checked your backend, which is behaving weird for me. I can’t even change to english language in your general settings. I also see different error messages and a notification to update WordPress, although you seem to use newest version. Try to activate a default WordPress theme, to check if the issue you are experiencing happens there too.
Regards,
Andy -
