    Had done my FAQ’s awhile ago and added a new toggle there. When the accordion is opened in the back end, you can click on the up/down arrow and it turns from grey to blue and then cursor changes to a cross with 4 arrows but you cannot drag the toggles up or down.

    Hello,

    That should work, have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    Yes, I deactivated and it worked. After I reactivated the plugins, it worked fine as well…..thanks
