I got this at hosteurope – in the Standardsetting has to be set an E-Mail Standard Adress. (this might be a total different of that what you use in your contact form.July 11, 2014 at 8:48 pm #290250Hi!
Yes, it’s definitely something with your mail account (make sure it can receive messages), i just tested the form with a gmail and the message was received successfully.

JosueJuly 11, 2014 at 10:19 pm #290278I contacted HoastGator and the mail server is working great.
We narrowed it down that the form gets sent from the Fire Fox browser and doesn’t work when submitting the contact form from Chrome.July 11, 2014 at 11:12 pm #290298Hi!
Have you tried changing the recipient to a gmail/yahoo account?
Cheers!
JosueJuly 12, 2014 at 2:09 am #290351recipient meaning?
I would like it to go to my business email with my domain name in it and not a gmail account.
This worked with the contact form a few months ago, so i’m not sure what changed and why it’s not working now when it did at one time?July 12, 2014 at 2:13 am #290356There is a solution to this, I know we can figure it out. :D
July 12, 2014 at 2:13 am #290357Hey!
The email account that gets the messages. Yes i understand that but we need to discard if its a problem is coming from the theme or not.

JosueJuly 12, 2014 at 4:59 pm #290536Thank you for the clarity,
I just entered the Email address where mails should be delivered to and used my gmail account: bodymindlinks at gmail.com
And nothing went through.July 13, 2014 at 12:38 am #290654Hi!
The problem is the modification you’ve made in js/shortcodes.js (redirect the user to the payment page). I’ve commented that line and now it works:
http://bodymindlinks.com/say-hello/As a definitive solution, you could update Enfold to its latest version (2.9.1), we included an option to set a redirect in the contact form options.

JosueJuly 17, 2014 at 10:21 pm #292664Hey Josue 2.9.2 ? this is still not the actual version – or do you mean that than the redirect will be in that comming version?
July 17, 2014 at 10:27 pm #292666Hi @Guenni007!
No, my mistake, latest version is still 2.9.1. The redirect option was introduced in 2.8 if i’m not mistaken.
Best regards,
Josue -
