Not receiving password reset link

Hi,

I received the following and had requested a password change, but haven’t received the password reset link or the password. I checked my Junk/Spam box as well.

I sent a support request to the Pre-Sales section earlier. I bought the 6 month support but I can’t login or get my password reset link. I’ve been using Enfold and the support forum for years.

Can you please send the password reset link or password?

I also tried emailing your email below ( (Email address hidden if logged out) ) but it bounced.
