    So I used the Enfold Contact Form and had it set up to send to my work email. When I was testing it, I was able to receive an auto-response email, but I didn’t receive the tested message. I switched it so that it would send to my gmail, and the form worked.

    I saw that others recommended the Contact 7 Form and so I used that and had it send to my work email but it still did not work.
    I contacted our IT Support to see if my messages from our website were being blocked, but they said that it’s not showing up at all.

    Hey ezUpstarts,

    If it’s not working with Contact Form 7 either then it’s not a theme problems, it’s likely a misconfiguration on your mail server. I’m not sure which IT support you’ve been in touch with, but your hosting provider should be able to help you get that straightened out.

    So since I’m hosting my website on GoDaddy, I should ask them?

    Hi,

    Yes, they would be the ones to ask :-) Tell them exactly what you told us here, that it’s not working with either the internal theme form or Contact Form 7.
