I can’t seem to load and edit the Portfolio Items as an Admin.
They display on the site but when I try to edit the spinning load wheel keeps going.
I’ve uploaded my plug-ins and tried Chrome/Firefox.

Hey!
Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory and then download + upload a fresh copy from themeforest via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/.
That will ensure you have the latest version.
