Hi
Step:-1 I have used Related Posts plugin “Yet Another Related Posts Plugin Options 4.3.1” for install.

Hey kriru,

we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins as written in our support policy. I would ask plugin’s author about it or search for another plugin with such a function.

Why do you need an external plugin for such a function? it’s a default function in Enfold/Wordpress.
