    hallo everyone!
    We are using Enfold Version: 4.8.6 (child theme) under WP 5.8. On the server, php 7.3.6 is running (the occuring error as written below comes also under php 7.4) . Since this update to Enfold Version 4.8.6 the Redakteur after login just can see one (of all 14) sites and the following error will displayed:

    Also a warning from WordPress about a failure in the theme Enfold will be deliverred by mail to the Redakteur. We have delete this redakteur and create a new one: but the failure happens again. Any suggestions please?

    Remark: the installation runs under MySQL 5.5. The error occours also after update to Enfold 4.8.6.2.

    Hi Frank,

    Thanks for the login details. I can’t see any error messages on my end using either the account you sent, or using the Redakteur account which I created on your site (you can delete that if you like). When and where exactly are you seeing these error messages?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update and clarification. I do see the problem on your actual site, but I can’t reproduce it on a test installation. Could you try disabling all plugins, to see if that makes any difference please?
