Hi
on this site: http://se-foreningen.no/ I am not able to update to latest version. It ends with a 500 error. I have tried to deactivate all plug-ins.
Now running 4.0.2March 20, 2018 at 6:00 am #929516Hey dalboslampen,
Are you seeing any error messages other than the 500 internal server error? Which version of PHP are you running on the server?
Best regards,

March 20, 2018 at 11:16 am #929718Hey!
@dalboslampen could you please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it?
@paddlesurfes Please upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6. We would recommend PHP 7.x. If that does not help, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach FTP and WP admin logins in private content field. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well.Cheers!
YigitMarch 20, 2018 at 11:17 am #929719Hi,
No, nothing new at the moment.
I checked diffrent PHP versions, but no luck (5.6, 7.0, 7.1)I have downgraded Enfold to 4.2. That works fine
March 20, 2018 at 11:28 am #929731Hi,
We can look into the issue if you do not mind providing FTP and WP logins. It is always recommended to use the latest version of the theme :)
