    Hi,
    Last year I bought your theme via envato market. The theme was expired so I renewed it today. I need some support from your side. In my account I found an purchase code from 9 May 2018 REGULAR LICENSE. This was the first time I bought the theme. But it was renewed today though.
    When I enter this code into your kriesi support system it says the code was already used. However, I don’t have an account yet. I asked my developer if he used the code but he didn’t know anything either. code and name in private section.

    Could you please check this and provide me with a support account?
